During the hardships of life, when the forces at the end, it's hard to look at things philosophically. Becomes easier when we accept the position of Apprentice of Life.
Each of us is the life lessons available to him a way so that for him the most effective. At first, life gives soft warning, and when we do not understand them, then teaches through the trauma and aggravation. Many people in such critical situations were found for themselves new ways of healing, and then share those experiences with others, accepting experiences as part of their mission.
Once I had a problem situation and I have not found the strength to cope with it myself. I called a friend, and she asked me: "Do you believe in what God gives you what you want?" I could not argue and accepted the situation with humility. A few days later the problem itself is safely delivered.
I worked a lot on his mind to accept any event as a lesson. Only with such an attitude to life opened the possibility of healing.
Once in the bath, I put her hand in boiling water cool, which was in itself a steam room. It was very painful. A friend I was immediately asked what I thought, that such money. I howled in pain and told me to think about in order to realize the unrighteous thoughts. A friend said: "Urgent, thank the Lord that does not go without hands." We ran into the house to smear butter hand and echoed: "Lord, thank you, Lord, thank you ..."
We have analyzed my thoughts and in 10 minutes before our eyes burn and the pain was too. It just could not be! Jokingly, I asked, "Are there so burns?" We were glad our discipleship. After half an hour on the little finger began to return to burn with severe pain. It could not be! I showed a friend, and she easily told me that I misunderstood something, and invited to return to the realization of the situation, now I own, and she went on her way. After 15 minutes of concentrated profundity burn disappeared without a trace, just as it had appeared.
Since then, in each situation:
- Ask a question about what lesson pass. Please show me in a form accessible to my understanding.
- Thank you for the lesson.
Each year, the lessons became softer and softer.
Once I had a dream. I walked through the camp with houses. There was no one. And in one house, I heard voices. Approached him. He was very neglected, beaten with glass. There I saw my friend with two women. They were asked to walk into the room. They stood in the middle and hugged each other in readiness for something. Above his head they have included a shower with boiling water. They cried out in pain, covered with blisters. An eerie sight. Here suited my friend and said, "Do not look. This - not your lessons. " And was gone. I am still left to see what would happen next. Shower turned off, and they were tears in the other room. There's a guy sitting at the table, calmly lounging on the couch. Before it was discovered the magazine, and he appealed to all three of them: "Sign and pay" . They came, shaking from the pain, and every sign in the log for the passed class, with difficulty holding a pen. Judging by the numerous paintings of them in the magazine, the lesson in this house they were already more than once, and to no avail.
This friend of mine from the dream still lives in such misery. And I can do nothing to help him, because he believes what is happening to them unjust and fierce heart of everything is. Previously, I was in such beliefs, because we met. After reaching the maximum fatigue life, began to seek new paths. Found a few Masters, specializing in spiritual and physical practices, and personal trainer (coach).
For 10 years, a meaningful, systematic and profound work with him I came to the author's position on everything going on with me. And now help others in individual coaching sessions, working as a personal trainer and a tea master.
Each of my lesson passed with humility and love opened up an understanding of what is happening with my family. And in their emergency response was that once I got for myself. Therefore, I believe that a personal trainer can help only in the fact that it is passed. Then came the "right" answers.
"Right" answers come in the "correct" position. "Good" for you that which you perfectly. Then there is no resistance, and you hear yourself.
And how do you know - the right answer or not? When it came to understanding, clarity, and acceptance and then the situation is resolved satisfactorily, you can feel peace, harmony, love and gratitude.

Give me, O Lord, strength to change what can be changed, courage to endure what can not be changed and give me, O Lord, the wisdom to know the difference!

Slava, the answers come in our willingness to receive them.
The question is, with what intention we give a request for answers? We want to make it all ended as quickly as possible, or truly believe in God's plan for us and treat with an open heart to what is happening to us.
In the beginning, it was difficult to give thanks for the situation with the pain, and I just trained to speak for what happened to me "thank you". And to my surprise, after each of gratitude came a sudden understanding of the causes. The answers began to come, when I made the idea that everything that happens - and I was on a plan of the universe in some trains. Then, eventually came to faith in it.
And when the answer is never seen, I come up with an inspiring interpretation of the events. Well, for example, fell ill and went to work to rest.
Receiving an answer - a process of inner spiritual work. If the mind resists, then the situation will not open the heart and understanding do not come. When this is understood, it was held to train every situation with love. When it was impossible, then asked to open to understanding the mind and heart. And so in everything. This is my choice, my practice. And for the sake of which all these works? Situation no longer persists, and life is becoming happier.
Many of the answers came in a tea ceremony, when the mind settles down, and they just pop up. On the run, at full gallop, in the vanity, few things came wise.
